EA South Africa has confirmed the recommended retail pricing points for Battlefield 4:
- Battlefield 4 PC: R449.95
- Battlefield 4 PS3: R599.95
- Battlefield 4 XBOX360: R599.95
Pre-orders for Battlefield 4 have also gone live on EA’s Origin service.
- Battlefield 4 on Origin: R404.09, discounted from R448.99
- Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe on Origin: R485.09, discounted from R538.99
The Digital Deluxe edition features the Battlefield 4 base game, Battlefield 4 Premium Expansion Pack, access to the beta and bonus content, all of which is still to be detailed further.
The Battlefield 4 standard edition features the base game and the Premium expansion.
Regarding Battlefield 4’s gameplay evolutions, players will be able to traverse huge environments, access a wealth of vehicles and direct squad mates, all within the single-player campaign, which encompasses land, sea and air combat.
A 17-minute live demo of Battlefield 4 was shown, which has given gamers a generous look at what the game has to offer.

It says Premium expansion pack not Premium subscription, this is the same as the pre-release of BF3 which included Back to Karkland, which was also then included in the Premium subscription, so you basically don’t have to go premium until the next map pack is released.
