This Easter weekend, a number of retailers are slashing prices and offering specials on gaming consoles and titles.

BT Games Easter sale

BT Games has unveiled its Easter sales promotion, with special prices on some of the latest PC and console games. Most new PC releases are going for just under R200, and most new console releases are going for under R400.

The sale runs from 26 March to 1 April 2013. No reservations will be taken for the titles, and they are obviously available only while stocks last.

Kalahari Turbo Game Sale

Kalahari has launched its Turbo Save special deals, which give some discounts on multiple game purchases.

The specials include a number of options to cater for those looking for new or classic games.

Incredible Connection 50% off gaming sale

Incredible Connection is currently running a sale on selected gaming titles.

The deal is available from 27 March to 2 April 2013, and encompasses a number of PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP and 3DS games, along with some headsets.

Playstation 3 bundle (Makro) – R4,999

Makro has a huge PS3 bundle on offer this weekend.

The bundle includes a 500GB super-slim Playstation 3 console, two Dual-Shock 3 controllers, and 3 trilogy packs, which make up 9 games.

The trilogy packs include the Ratchet and Clank Trilogy, the Uncharted trilogy, and the Killzone trilogy.

The special is valid until 1 April 2013.
