Ubisoft has announced that Rayman Legends will arrive on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U on 30 August 2013.
The game was initially supposed to release in February, and then given a September release window, but now it seems as if Ubisoft is happy for gamers to get it a bit earlier.
Rayman Legends will look to follow-up the stellar, but underrated, Rayman Origins, which released in 2012.
The platforming adventure is being developed by Ubisoft Montpellier, and will allow for co-op of up to 5 players.
The game will utilise the new Pro Controller and Wii U’s new touch-screen GamePad, as players can manipulate platforms and the environment using touch, along with a special character created purely to use the functionality of the Wii U GamePad.
