Dead Island Epidemic

Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games are all the rage these days, with titles such as the dominant League of Legends, the stalwart underdog Heroes of Newerth, and the looming juggernaut Dota 2 leading the genre.

Enter Dead Island Epidemic from publisher Deep Silver – a game which they have labelled a “ZOMBA” (Zombie Online Multiplayer Battle Arena) game set in Dead Island universe.

Dead Island: Epidemic will be a free-to-play PC title that will “feature all the trademark elements that are part of a Dead Island experience.”

That’s all we know so far. More details will be announced during Gamescom 2013.
