NAG, organisers of the rAge expo taking place 4-6 October this year, have confirmed that the PlayStation 4 will be showcased at the show – and some next-gen games will also be shown on the console.

A message on the rAge expo website reads:

“PlayStation fans pay attention … the good news is that the new PS4 will be unveiled on the Sony PlayStation stand! PlayStation will also be showcasing a host of scorching new titles like: BEYOND: Two Souls, Invizimals and Killzone: Mercenary, so don’t miss out. And for a game so big it has its own stand, make sure you experience GT6!”

According to NAG, details are sparse at this stage as the final exhibition details are being finalised, so we don’t know if visitors will be able to get hands on the PS4 and which gaming titles will be showcased.

This follows an errant report that the Xbox One will be showcased at rAge 2013. It turns out that while Microsoft Xbox SA is working to get the Xbox One console to the show, nothing is confirmed at this point: Xbox One at rAge 2013 (Updated)
