While Titanfall is scheduled to deploy on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC in March 2014, there is currently an alpha teting phase going on.
Inevitably, some players have thrown non-disclosure agreements to the wind, and have been uploaded snippets of gameplay footage to various hosting sites across the Internet.
Publisher EA has been trying to take them all down, but it’s really a futile battle.
Developer Respawn has weighed in to remind everyone that this is alpha footage and doesn’t reflect the quality of the final product.
The textures being used in this testing phase are scaled down 25% on the final planned resolution.
Despite this alpha game state, we are getting a good idea of how the final product will look and play – it’s only 2 months away from launch.
In the first video, you can hear some of the South African voice acting featured in the game. Check out the footage below before EA gets it.
