Avengers 2 Hulk filming smashes up Joburg streets

A well-positioned Joburg resident has captured some footage from the set of Avengers 2. The opening sequence of the film will apparently feature footage shot on Johannesburg city streets.

The clip is below, showing how a destructive scene is filmed before a computer animated Hulk will be added in post-production.

There were also a couple of Images from the set showing off the mess Hollywood made on our streets.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will feature well-known returning actors Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth as the popular superheroes.

The film is scheduled for release in May 2015.

    Hugely misleading article title and article text? Film companies are usually *very* strict about cleaning up after themselves. A high-profile production as this won’t arbitrarily leave a mess behind. The only thing that could legitimately cause discomfort/anger is the disruption to traffic flow caused by exclusive use of various areas/roads.
