inFamous was one of the more memorable games released in 2009. The PS3 exclusive was well received by reviewers and gamers alike, and was met with a fair degree of commercial success.
Those who played until the end will know that it was developed with a sequel in mind, so it will hardly come as a surprise that Sony will be officially announcing the game pretty soon.
Appearing in Portugal’s Official PlayStation Magazine is an advert featuring the face of infamous protagonist Cole, along with the words “O anuncio de uma grande sequela PlayStation 3 em exclusivo na proxima ROPS,” which translates to “inFamous sequel will be announced in our next issue.”
We will be keeping an eye out for this one at E3 next month.
