According to Eurogamer, Far Cry 4 will be released before the end of March 2015, will be set in the snowy Himalayas, have ridable elephants, and will feature a similar gameplay style to Far Cry 3.

The site claims to have spoken to “people familiar with the project”, who indicated the game will be previewed at E3 in June. “Expect PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions. We’re unsure at this stage whether current-gen versions are also in the works,” said Eurogamer.

Another source told the site that the Far Cry 4 world map would be structured in a similar fashion to the game’s predecessor, with outposts for gamers to liberate.
