BioWare’s fantasy role-playing game Dragon Age: Inquisition launches in the US on 7th October, EA has announced.

The European launch date (which SA normally follows) has not been confirmed by the publisher, but should probably follow tradition and release the Friday of the same week, 10 October 2014 – but we’ll keep you posted.

Accompanying the announcement is a new trailer focusing on protagonist Inquisitor, who is charged with saving the land of Thedas from horrible demons.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set for release on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
