Flames and flocks – games you can play this week

A new week is upon us, and with it comes a batch of new games. Here are the titles you can get your hands on in the coming days.

Bound by Flame

Releasing on 9 May 2014 for PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, Bound by Flame sees you take control of a mercenary possessed by a demon.

In the grasp of the demon, you must choose between the demonic powers you can now access or saving yourself from the grip of its evil influences.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

The PlayStation 4 version of Spidey and his web-slinging adventures will be available from your favourite retailers on 9 May 2014.

The PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and 3DS versions are already on the shelves. Players once again assume the role of Peter Parker and his super-hero alter-ego, and must battle evil forces who seek destroy your beloved city.

Flockers

Created by the team that brought us Worms, Flockers releases on Steam on 6 May 2014.

The game has been likened to Lemmings, and players will control a steady and finite stream of sheep as they march their way through obstacles on their way home.

Some of the tools you will have at your disposal to ensure your flock survive include: nominating a group of sheep to build a bridge, enabling sheep to fly over tall obstacles; timed-exploding sheep; and blocking sheep.

    Can’t wait for Bound by Flame. Their previous game, Mars: War Logs, was a fantastic RPG, especially so for an indie studio.

    Pre-ordered and full of /excite.
