Total War: Attila coming to PC

28 September 2014

The Creative Assembly has revealed Total War: Attila, the latest iteration in the studio’s strategy series.

The game stars, wait for it, Attila the Hun – the ruler of the Hun Empire, which, according to quick research, stretched from the Ural River to the Rhine River and from the Danube River to the Baltic Sea.

Total War: Attila is scheduled to be released for PC in February 2015, and promises battles on an epic scale.

“Against a darkening background of famine, disease and war, a new power is rising in the great steppes of the East. With a million horsemen at his back, the ultimate warrior king approaches, and his sights are set on Rome…,” is the synopsis on the game’s website.

The game’s creators say the title will also feature fire-based destruction, which allows you to burn down entire cities. (Rubs hands together in delight.)

The game announcement trailer can be viewed, below.
