Xbox One gamers – it is officially your first month with the Microsoft console and its Games with Gold offer (for those who signed up for Xbox Live Gold, anyway). Here are your free games for October 2014.
For the Xbox One we have Chariot, an ID@Xbox game from Canadian developers Frima. The game is a couch co-op platformer that has single player functionality, and sees gamers take control of a brave princess, or her fiancé, as they move the king’s coffin through multiple levels.
The game is available from 1 – 31 October 2014.
Xbox 360 owners will receive Battlefield: Bad Company 2 – no introduction necessary here – from 1 – 15 October, with Darksiders II becoming available from 16 – 31 October.
