For me, I had a good experience playing AssCreed Unity. It’s good looking at least and it run pretty well. For me it fell down with its story. It was told well, but it lacked depth and consequence. I still need to play Rogue, but that looks cool.
Also companion apps should be there as a map and guide, not a requirement to unlock some things.
I really agree with Timothy, these games have so much potential.
IMO these games should go all prince of persia 2 and get dark and gritty with dismemberments and being a badass to a soundtrack of Disturbed. Let us be a freaking ninja. Stick in an awesome story that actually ties down the game to the “present day” stuff. The consequential present day things gave the gamer more purpose in the game.
Cut down the BS side-quests. More is not better. Rather open out the single player missions so the gamer can decide how to attack.
If this is just a “fixed” Unity, then I’m sure it’ll still be really good. But I’d rather just be Batman and play Arkham Knight again (probably).
