As a ISP solution Telkom has been good to me, BUT the line rental & slow speeds on the lines are a pain in the A$$. Got a 4mb line and barely run a speedtest past 1.2mb.
Some crap reason that the exchange needs to be upgraded or changed and take anything from 3 to 5 years, this was the feedback I got more than a year ago. We screwed on so many levels in this country
