Bethesda has announced that all 5 Fallout 3 DLC packs are available on Xbox Live for half price for the rest of this week.
Each of the following can be bought for 400 MS points (R35):

The Pitt
Broken Steel
Point Lookout
Mothership Zeta
Sadly, the special only applies to the Xbox 360 version, and it remains to be seen if the PS3 and PC versions follow. The PS3 and PC versions currently cost around R70 each.
The special is supposedly being run to celebrate the launch of Fallout: New Vegas, which comes out October 22.
