Tech deals this week

I would like to assure readers that this week’s best tech deals will be just that: good deals.

And we’re not talking “Nkandla semi-detached thatched house for R6.4 million” kind of a deal – you will get your money’s worth here.

If I paid R6.4m for that Nkandla house, pictured below, it better come with a space shuttle or some sort of cooking/cleaning/back-massaging robot – because as a building, it sucks.

There aren’t even beds inside – occupants were sleeping on mattresses on the floor. I promised myself I would never go back to that kind of lifestyle.
