Lately, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has had some bad press, good press and some really weird press.
So strike us down and call us Snake, when we see a fan do some amazing work and convert a PS3 into Metal Gear perfection. It makes all of the bad press the game has received pale in comparison.
Just as a point of reference, this is the official Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain PS4.
It’s so damn pretty, obviously. Sony often does good work.
The special edition Metal Gear Solid V PS4 is pretty special, but a PS3 alternative does not exist.
So the fan we mentioned, user NCDinos on South Korea’s Ruliweb, took it upon himself to create a custom Metal Gear Solid V PS3.

The console comes in an awesome red reminiscent of the PS4 above. It has the Diamond Dogs gold emblem and “Molybdeum” misspelling present on the PS4 special edition console.
