If you thought ASUS’ recently revealed, monstrous 8 antenna router was a thing of beauty, you’ve seen nothing yet.
The ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q is easily the most beautiful enthusiast display we’ve seen in a long time; it’s immense.
At 34” (inches), this is the world’s first and only ultra-wide curved display, designed purely for the high-end, if you have to ask you can’t afford it, space.
Spec wise, the ROG Swift PG348Q is a 100Hz IPS LCD display, has a maximum resolution of 3440 x 1440 and supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology, allowing the monitor’s refresh rate to match your GPU’s frame rate in real time, on a frame-by-frame basis – it’s as buttery smooth an experience as you’re going to get.
It’s also more than likely going to sport a number of inputs, and is confirmed to have tilt height adjustment and swivel functionality.
Expect it to cost tens of thousands of Rand, $1300 up, given its size and enthusiast-grade specs.

For now I’ll stick to my 28′ 4K monitor and look to the Oculus or Vive to provide the ‘curved’ experience in the future.
