Secondly, yes, they’re a business, and when a business shafts it’s customers on a regular basis, they need to be punished.
Thirdly, W8 was rubbish, and we hear W10 has it’s problems.
Therefore on the basis of the above three reasons, there’s no way I’m going to move away from W7 until I hear a general consensus that it’s fit for purpose, which it obviously isn’t yet.
