Origin Access, much like EA Access, offers gamers who subscribe access to a growing collection of games, a 10% discount on Origin purchases as well as early access to new EA titles.
It’s actually not a half bad idea; there’s definitely a lot of value to be gained from Origin Access. Just take a look at the long list of games you’ll gain access to:

However, at the time of its announcement, we suggested PC gamers steer clear of Origin Access, and not just because it wasn’t initially available in SA. It was because it would set you back just over R950 a year.
Well, Origin Access is finally available locally, at just R48.50 a month, and it’s become a more palatable prospect as a result – weighing in at R582 a year.
R582 might sound like a lot, but consider that purchasing just two new games in an entire year would cost more than twice that.
It’s effectively the price of purchasing one game a year, for a heck of a lot more than one game a year in value.
Also, no one is stopping you from playing the games you want to and cancelling your subscription once done, a strategy that would amount to a lot less than the cost of a game.
Still, a year’s subscription of EA Access is just R299, which is where we’d want Origin Access before we signed up.

If i did not already own 90% of the titles included in this i would have signed up for this. Maby once more titles are available i will consider as this aint costing a arm and a leg and the value is great.
