Xbox Games with Gold free games lineup revealed

31 March 2016

Fact: everything is better when its free. And Xbox’s Games with Gold lineup for April is pretty damn good, if we don’t say so ourselves.

Insomniac’s wacky open-world title Sunset Overdrive will be free via Xbox One’s Games with Gold from 16 April to 15 May.

Sunset Overdrive was welcomed by critics for its over-the-top approach, humour, and creative weapons and enemies. You can check out more on Sunset Overdrive below:

Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us on Xbox One will also be free throughout April. Telltale’s narrative-driven story game is a refreshing take on classic fairytale characters, albeit in run-down noire setting.

Joining the Xbox One pair are Xbox 360 hits Dead Space from 1 April to 15 April and Saints Row IV from 16 April to 30 April. Both games are fully backwards compatible on Xbox One.

Here is the full list of games available on Game with Gold in April:

  • Sunset Overdrive (Xbox One)
  • The Wold Among Us (Xbox One)
  • Dead Space (Xbox One)
  • Saints Row 4 (Xbox One)

Over on the Playstation side of things, Playstation Plus subscribers can get Zombi and Dead Star on Playstation 4 this month.
