Gears of War 4 is one of the biggest Xbox One releases coming this year, and following the release of the epic CG trailer (which you can see below), Coalition Studio Head, Rod Fergusson has shown off footage of one of Gears of War 4’s new weapons performing a particularly brutal headshot.
Fergusson released the Vine of a Swarm enemy taking a direct hit from the new Dropshot gun, which, well… watch and see:

Last month, we got a closer-look at the some of the Gears 4 weapons, including the Dropshot, which fires hovering aerial mines that plummet to the ground and drill into whatever gets in their way once you release the fire button.
Gears of War 4 is releasing on Xbox One on 11 October 2016.
