Yesterday we reported that consumer rights group Gamers’ Voice was taking Acitvision to task over the shoddy state of Call of Duty: Black Ops at release.
The organisation is supposedly submitting complaints to the relevant UK authorities this week, and promises to keep us updated as to the outcome of the procedure.
In the meantime, developer Treyarch has released yet another patch for the PS3 version of the game. Game design director David Vonderhaar tweeted the announcement earlier today.
The informal announcement read as follows: “Update v1.06 for PlayStation 3 is now live. Official sticky post on #CODBlackOps forums will be updated shortly.”
“Have a nice day.”
