Openserve recently upgraded the upload speeds of its VDSL services.
Subscribers on 20Mbps VDSL now get up to 5Mbps up, while 40Mbps receive uploads of up to 10Mbps.
Openserve said it doesn’t plan to upgrade subscribers on its 1Mbps to 20Mbps ADSL connections, however, due to the technical limitations of ADSL technology .
“Over 70% of the Openserve VDSL base, across all resellers of VDSL services, would have benefitted from increased speeds already,” said Openserve.
