Data-only uncapped ADSL price comparison

5 December 2013

Telkom Wholesale is currently upgrading the speed of its ADSL products, with 1Mbps being upgraded to 2Mbps, 2Mbps bumped up to 4Mbps, and 4Mbps lines increased to 10Mbps. This roll-out is planned for completion by the end of February 2014.

This placed pressure on ISPs to lower their uncapped ADSL prices, despite the fact that there have not been significant wholesale price cuts.

In the latest development, Internet Solutions (IS) and Incredible Connection have partnered to offer consumers and small businesses uncapped ADSL services.

The following table shows how uncapped ADSL prices stack up in the market. The pricing is for data-only uncapped ADSL products.
