Buying gaming hardware in South Africa can be difficult due to the fluctuating exchange rate and inconsistencies with international pricing.

We’ve compared the pricing of a number of the latest graphics cards across various online retailers in order to find the online store with the cheapest general prices.

We compared the pricing of five online retailers – Rebeltech, Evetech, Wootware, Loot, and Raru.

We only included graphics cards that were stocked by 3 or more of the retailers in order to provide a better general comparison of pricing differences.

Additionally, it is difficult to find stock of Radeon RX Series graphics cards in South Africa, and this is reflected in the lower number of Radeon GPUs compared.

Verdict

If you’re looking for the best graphics card deals in South Africa, the two retailers most likely to have the lowest prices are by far Rebeltech and Wootware, closely followed by Loot.

It should be noted that due to the fact that Evetech stocks mostly MSI graphics cards, it was not included in comparisons among other brands.

Raru’s prices were less stable than other stores, pushing the retailer to the bottom of the list, although it did offer the cheapest deal on the MSI Radeon RX 470 Gaming X.
