CD Projekt are now billionaires

29 August 2016

CD Projekt has posted its quarterly results for Q2 of the financial year, exceeding analysts expectations by over 32%.

As a result of the surprise result, the company’s share price has jumped, giving the company a net worth of more than $1 billion.

Other interesting information from the report was the news that GOG Galaxy had sold more copies of the Witcher 3’s expansions than the main game itself, and that CDPR plans to enter the world of eSports soon – most likely through its upcoming Gwent card game.
