SA’s largest online retailer, Kalahari.net, has released a list of its five top selling games for February 2011, and they are:
1. Killzone 3 (PS3)
2. Bulletstorm Epic Edition (360)
3. We Sing – Encore (with 2 mics) (Wii)
4. The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff (PC)
5. Ben 10 – Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction (PS3)
SA is a strong PS3 territory, so we were a little surprised to see that Bulletstorm featured only on Xbox 360 and not PS3. However, this can probably be attributed to the fact that Killzone 3 would have cut into most PS3 gamers’ budgets, particularly those who are FPS fans.
Apart from these, the casual market carried Kalahari’s sales through the month.
Kalahari also included its sales predictions for March:
1. Crysis 2 (PS3)
2. Homefront (PS3)
3. The Sims Medievil (PC)
4. Singstar Afrikaans Treffers (PS3)
5. Dragon Age 2 (PC)
