In a recent interview on UK radio show, Andy Goldstein’s Sports Bar, the guy who voiced Gaz / Ghost in the Modern Warfare games (that’s Craig Fairbass, for those of you who don’t read game credits) has dropped a bit of a hint that he might be working on another game in the series.
“I’ve been out in [Los Angeles] doing something,” he says, just after talking about his on-again, off-again job voicing Gaz in Modern Warfare, and Ghost in Modern Warfare 2. “I’ve just been out there doing some bits and pieces and um, a lot of it’s to do with… can’t say too much, y’ know what I mean?”
The launch of another Modern Warfare title was always pretty much inevitable, and at this point, the only real surprise will be whether Activision or Respawn Entertainment releases it. Whatever’s next up on Activision’s Call of Duty list will probably be announced at E3 next month, so that confirmation could be coming along quite soon.
