Fable: The Journey announced

Peter Molyneux took to the stage during Microsoft’s press conference to announce a fourth game in the Fable franchise. 

Series proprietor Lionhead is at the helm of course, and as expected, the game will be fully Kinect compatible. Less expected was the first person view point which the demonstrated gameplay utilised, given that all three Fable games to date have been third-person RPGs.

Players will use Kinect hand gestures to interact with the world around them, and the E3 demo depicted just that with players casting spells, engaging in combat, and riding a horse using Microsoft’s motion control device.
