One of the world’s most respected games developers, Valve, was not present at E3 last week, presumably because it did not have anything new to show.
However, according to GoNintendo, the developer will be attending Gamescom in August 2011.
Seeing as Portal 2 was just released, the most likely candidate for their Gamescom presentation is DOTA 2, which they previously said would be out this year.
Then there is always the possibility of a Half-Life 3 announcement, not to mention possible Portal 2 DLC.
