Uncharted 3 beta now live – video and screenshot blowout

Yesterday the Uncharted 3 beta went live in the US and later became available in all PSN regions, including South Africa. As the sequel to one of the most critically acclaimed games released to date, there is a lot of hype riding on Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. The beta contains a few multiplayer modes and three maps for players to try out, but is only available to those who bought a special edition of infamous 2 as well as all PSN Plus subscribers. Everyone else will be able to download the beta client on 5 July.

The beta runs until 15 July, and if you’re still on the fence about Uncharted 3, then recent gameplay footage and screenshots which have emerged from the beta should be just the thing to lure you in.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is due out on 4 November, 2011, and is being released exclusively on PS3.
