Valve has released Volume 2 of their three volume Portal 2 soundtrack compilation – Songs to Test By. All three volumes are downloadable for free, sure to encourage hours of musically inspired science and testing.
In volume 2, relive classic moments from Portal 2 with hits such as ‘Bots Build Bots’, ‘Bring Your Daughter to Work Day’, ‘Don’t Do It’, and ‘I AM NOT A MORON’.
There are 18 new tracks to feast your ear-mouths upon, as well as 14 conveniently edited ringtones for those who just can’t get enough of Portal 2 themed accompaniment in their daily lives.
No word on when volume 3 will drop, so this will have to suffice for now.
If you are a PC-based Portal 2 player then you may be interested in some more free goodies while we all await the first free DLC from Valve. PC Portal modding community Thinking with Portals has wrapped up their Summer Mapping Initiative and selected 25 community developed singleplayer and co-op maps for download. Valve was involved in coordinating the contest.
