Resident Evil HD Xbox Achievements revealed

15 July 2011

Achievements. It’s all about the Achievements. So while Resident Evil 4 LOOKS like a game about a viral outbreak that turns a bunch of Spanish peasants into man-hungry zombies, it’s actually all about Achievements. You learned something new today.

First-with-the-Achievements site Xbox360Achievements.org has, in accordance with its first-with-Achievements mission statement, managed to get its industry spies all over the Achievement list for the upcoming Resident Evil HD launch, and it’s just what we were afraid of.

Yes, you’re going to have to get all the costumes and bottle caps, and finish the game on Professional difficulty to max this one. And there’s no Achievement for getting Ashley killed, which does seem like such a tragically missed opportunity.

The full list includes SPOILERS and these:

– Do Not Shoot the Water!
Summon the master of the lake. Don’t rock the boat.
