According to the web ninjas at Fusible, the page was registered by Take Two back in April already, but it’s only just gone live. Even more intriguingly, Joystiq points out that the physical address information matches Rockstar Games’.

Perhaps unsurprisingly at this point, there’s also an @CitizenSkywatch Twitter account, described as “Official Citizen Skywatch Teletype feed”, with just three posts:

It’s pretty much an open secret that Rockstar Games is currently working on a new Grand Theft Auto title, but this looks like something else. Actually, the very first thing that came to mind when I saw the Citizen Skywatch logo was Revolution Software’s Beneath a Steel Sky, but that’s probably just wishful thinking. Although, they do both have the word “sky” in the titles, so there’s that.
