Has there ever been a PS3 exclusive you were so desperate to play you actually bought your PS3 for specifically that reason? Do you find yourself avoiding your Xbox’s reproachful eye after a long PS3 gaming session?

Well now you can get that same Xbox feel in your hands while playing God of War 3. Peripheral manufacturer Speedlink is soon to be releasing a new product which imitates an Xbox controller almost exactly, but is designed specifically for PS3.

There are a couple of differences from the standard Xbox controller, in the form of a turbo button to the right of the D-pad, and the coloured buttons on the right have been replaced by a more stylish black and grey setup.

This, however, is where things start to get a little bit silly. The controller has a large circular button in the center to open up the XMB, which is ringed in Xbox-green lighting when the controller is switched on. The name has also been printed on this button – the rather ridiculous name XEOX. When you look at it at any kind of distance, the text reads “Xbox” almost intuitively.
