We’ve been covering a bunch of Pokemon announcements in recent months – starting with the Jump Festa reveal of a Pokemon/Nobunaga crossover title back in December.
The next “big announcement” is scheduled for January 14 in an issue of CoroCoro Magazine in Japan – but a recent advert in the mag points to a big focus around Kyurem, the third legendary Pokemon from generation V (Black and White).
The advert is for the next Pokemon movie which focuses on Kyurem (who is very much gray in colour), and asks “What mystery is hidden in Kyurem?” and exclaims “Kyurem’s unseen power will be revealed!”.
Couple this with a greeting card released (in Japan) by the Pokemon Company stating there will be more Pokemon games released this year than in 2011, as well as Nintendo‘s statement of a new Pokemon game “on the horizon” in their 3DS sales press release – everything is looking like it’s pointing to Pokemon Gray making an appearance.
Also, pokemongray.com was registered by the same company that registered pokemonblackwhite.com – but that’s just standard practice. Right?
Nothing is official until it’s announced…but yeah.
