New Assassin’s Creed: Revelations DLC coming this month

11 January 2012

If this awful summer weather is also pushing you closer to a stabbing spree every day, you’ll be thrilled to hear there’s new Assassin’s Creed: Revelations DLC coming later this month.

Remember, virtual murder won’t get you into as much trouble, and you can do it in the privacy and air-conditioned comfort of your own home.

The Mediterranean Traveller Map Pack adds six three brand new multiplayer maps to the game, including Jerusalem, Constantinople’s imperial quarter, and the mercantile district of Dyers, as well as Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood fan favourites Firenze, San Donato, and Siena.

According to the press blurb, the maps will introduce “new gameplay opportunities through their varied terrain, perches and hideouts”, although it almost invariably comes down to pot plants, doesn’t it?

Everybody always checks the hay piles, but forgets about the pot plants.

The DLC is out on 25 January, and tagged at 800 MSP on Xbox LIVE and $9.99 on PSN.
