In what must be a world-first for the gaming industry, somebody made an online petition that might actually have accomplished something in reality. Oh, I’m choking up in here.
The petition for a PC version of Dark Souls – which is now showing off more than 65,000 signatures – has managed to grab the attention of Namco Bandai, the people who would be responsible for making it happen.
In a post titled “Damn you amazing” on the official forums, community manager Tony Shoupinou has told fans that Namco Bandai captain get signal, and you know what you doing for great justice. [Know your meme – Ed]
“I honestly wasn’t expecting such a massive support,” he wrote. “My boss(es) even came to talk to me about this, after it explodes all around the world. If you wanted to have the attention of Namco Bandai Games, now you have it. The future is in your hands, and I hope you will keep supporting this. I make a personal objective to make sure every relevant people in Namco Bandai Games is in touch with this formidable effort.”
It’s not confirmation just yet, but the zigs are moving, gentlemen.

And I just shat my pants.
@MrMeneer, no no no casual difficulty lol, that’ll just destroy what the game achieves. Giving you hell. XD
