BioWare announced today (19 January 2012) that in gratitude to players for their support, all Star Wars: The Old Republic subscribers will be receiving the “Founder” title in-game.
Of course, there are strings attached: to be eligible for the title, players must have surpassed their thirty days of game time that came with original purchase and have been billed for at least one month, or applied a game time code before the 19th of March 2012.
Once eligible, players will be notified via e-mail.
To get the title, players will have to head to the nearest in-game mailbox where an item called the “Founder’s Medal” will be waiting for them in much the same way that all the other digital reward items are allocated to players.
The Founder’s Medal will be permanently bound to players’ accounts and carry over to any present or future characters.
Players are also advised to be patient as it could take up to 7-days to show off your day-one support.
