Do you live in Pretoria? Do you play games? Do you even have electricity in that place?
I went to Pretoria once, and it was like Fallout 2, except with rooi-rok bokkies instead of supermutants. They’re just as scary, but they don’t really have any decent loot unless you count Kurt Darren bootleg cassettes or their poison glands.
Anyway, there’s a PTA Gamers meetup happening this Thursday, at Tings & Times in Waterkloof Glen, from 7PM onwards.
According to the official Facebook event entry, the big idea is to “hook up, talk games, eat and drink stuff, have fun”, which sounds rather nice.
So it’s a bit of a mystery why only five people have confirmed so far – do only five people like to hook up, talk games, eat and drink stuff, and have fun?
Come on, Pretorians, you can do better than this!
