When Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception released last year there were a lot of complaints, particularly surrounding the game’s gunplay mechanics, which were a little unfair. Or “realistic”, depending on who you ask.
Since then, Naughty Dog has fixed the problem through patching, and has been updating the game every now and then, fixing niggles and issues along the way.
The latest patch, version 1.04, is now live – and while it fixes some bugginess with co-op objectives that were next-to impossible to achieve on higher difficulties, the main purpose of the patch is to prepare the game for incoming DLC.
Which will be detailed tomorrow, apparently.
Whoo! So for fans of Nathan Drake, this is some good news, because the game is expanding; it’s difficult to determine what the DLC will be, but considering the game needs to be patched to accomodate it – we’re going to assume it’s significant.
