Skyrim’s 1.4 patch which was released to PC along with Steam Workshop and the high-resolution texture pack DLC on Tuesday (7 February 2012) is expected to arrived on 360 later today.

“It’s coming! 1.4 should go up on XBL early tomorrow,” twote Pete Hines, president of Public Relations and marketing at Bethesda last night. “PS3 update is looking good too. We’ll update if we get more info from Sony.”

The PlayStation 3 patch has been looked forward to by desperate fans suffering from the crippling long-term play bug affecting performance for a while now. Seems those fans will have to wait a little longer.

The patch fixes a number of crashes, performance issues, quest bugs and AI/path-finding issues.

Todd Howard, Bethesda’s executive producer, was quick to lavish Skyrim with praise during DICE 2012, saying that Skyrim is currently being played by over ten million people, “millions” of whom are playing on PC.
