American games developer Bethesda, best known for Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls and Fallout 3, spoke frankly to Japanese magazine Famitsu about some of its plans for the future.
They didn’t say much, other than that they would be releasing multiple games in 2009, and that they are planning on only releasing AAA quality titles.
They did however mention that they are working on a “surprising” new game, and that it is based on another developer’s franchise.
Competition time
We have no idea what the game is, and will award the forumite who guesses the franchise correctly with a free game, depending on what we can get a hold of when the time comes.
The winner will most likely have a choice between a few titles. All you have to do is post your guess in the dedicated article thread below. When Bethesda finally releases the name of the title, we will go through the list, and if anybody guessed right…well…you know the rest.
Everybody gets one entry; multiple entrees will automatically disqualify said entrants.
There can only be one winner, therefore, entrants can only enter titles that have not already been entered in the thread. If somebody else guesses your title, tough tackies.
