I live in PTA and I’ve played online with CellC as well as with ADSL 384kbs Uncapped. On ADSL my ping averages 120 with a 999 hiccup for about 10 sec that occurs at the very least once an hour. On CellC my ping averages around 90 without a day’s hiccup ever (had both for a few months respectively). I could even let 3 of us play CoD4 on my connection alone with CellC, but the ADSL became unbearable with more than one person.
