MainGaming announces Cape Town gaming tournaments

The South African competitive gaming scene has really been heating up in 2012.

In partnership with Musica and Comet Computing, MainGaming has now announced their latest line-up of Interactive Challenge tournaments, which will be taking place in the fair city of Cape Town.

There will be 3 tournaments, one each for FIFA 12, Modern Warfare 3, and Tekken 6. These take place on 31 March and 1 April 2012 at the Musica Mega store in Canal Walk Shopping Centre.

Entry fees are between R60 and R80 depending on the tournament. Prizes are to the value of ±R8,000.

The top 3 placed players of the FIFA 12 event will be invited to the MainGaming Interactive Challenge Grand Finale and will compete against 125 of South Africa’s best FIFA12 players. The ultimate winner will receive R25,000.
