The third instalment of the widely popular mobile game sensation, Angry Birds, is finally here – with all-new puzzles, mechanics and hype.
“Angry Birds Space introduces you to new adventures on planets and in zero gravity, resulting in spectacular gameplay ranging from slow-motion puzzles to light-speed destruction. With brand new birds, brand new superpowers, and a whole galaxy to explore, the sky is no longer the limit!” announced Rovio earlier today (22 March 2012).
Added to this are 60 gravity-defying levels, 30 brain-teaser levels, an additional Golden Eggsteroid episode and iOS achievements via the Game Centre.
Angry Birds Space takes players into the final frontier. Gravity wells around planets influence the trajectory of your beloved birds and introduces a whole new aspect to the gameplay.
Rovio has called this their biggest release since the original Angry Birds and marketing chief, Peter Vesterbacka says that they are “just getting started” and hope to make Angry Birds a “permanent part of pop culture.”
