For every experience point you earn shooting guys in the face in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 this weekend, Infinity Ward will throw in an extra point, 100% free!
That’s right, it’s a double XP weekend, yaaaaay.
Infinity Ward community manager Rober Bowling announced the double XP weekend on twitter. “Turning on Double XP for everyone on Modern Warfare 3 this weekend! All platforms and playlists included.”
He also added that PC gamers are being included in the free weekend deal. “I’m sorry, I know you guys get the short end seemingly a lot.”
I’ve hardly played Modern Warfare 3, so I don’t really know what he means by that [Ed: Probably a reference to the lack of Call of Duty Eliteo n PC], but it’s good to know that PC gamers aren’t getting left out in the cold on this one.
