Remedy Entertainment, developer of Alan Wake and Max Payne 1 and 2, is looking to expand in time for the next generation of consoles.
In the next few months Remedy is looking to hire as many as 20 new staff, taking their total up to around 60.
This news comes via the Alan Wake forums, where the developer said, “Remedy Entertainment is looking for world-class talent to work on an unannounced project targeted at future generation consoles.”
“More than 20 new positions will become available within the next few months. The first batch of positions will go live as soon as Friday 30th of March.
“Interested in being part of a team on the very brink of creating the games of the future? Watch this space.”
I should totally apply! I could MAKE them put the next Alan Wake game on PC. If only I knew, well, anything at all about coding. I can make a helluva cup of coffee though.
Meanwhile, both console giants have squashed dreams of seeing anything at E3; looks like the Alan Wake developer is starting early.
